ARK: Survival Evolved Patch 252.83 & 252.84

252.83 Made turrets shoot C4’s attached to enemy dinos. Made all Flyers except for Quetz and Wyvern become ‘grounded’ if you put a C4 on them. To disable this behavior, launch server with ?ForceFlyerExplosives=true 252.84 Fixed issue where attached Transponders were grounding Flyers.
